This is an interesting thought, but I'm not sure I'd jump right into it for 2007. KISS is always a good phrase to remember when planning growth. But it certainly has more merit than BBDS for the main event in my view. Keep discussing, but I can just see some wide-eyed new owners on Draft Day when we tell them we're going in reverse order again in the third round. No matter how much publicity ahead of time we give this, not everyone will be up to speed when they're sitting down at the draft table.

At what point do you say, for an event that is billed as a National Championship, that people should be willing and able to read the rules -
and if they don't, that's really their problem, not yours?

Also, KDS was implemented smoothly.

Put KDS/RR3 at the top of the newsletters e-mailed from now until next draft day :D

When Tom posts KDS deadlines, KJ will reply to remind everyone of RR3 :D

Tweak a good thing into extinction.

Naaa...how about grow up and play with the big boys. If you get pick 1 or 6 or 14...do your best.

Bunch of crybabies.

I want this slot...I want KDS...I want a bonus for picking late.

Geez...what a group of wimps.

Funny how in a 12 team based league that sells out...there isn't this crying going on.

We get our draft picks random...and do our best.

Unreal how much you want to tweak and tweak a system that has proven to be very successful.

KDS actually required attention in advance. The only change with RR3 is that they sit down and draft when asked to in a different order. Easier to implement than KDS IMO.

~Lance How can you cry about draft slots when you guys over there are constantly crying about computer glitches that totally taints 2006 in one way or another...or that the dictator who has you brainwashed even after treating everyone like dirt year after year ?

There is no time to cry about draft slots over there....so you come over here and we can cry as a happy family and play the crying game.

I cry so much I have or had some of the following football players on my fantasy teams :

Irving Cryar (WR)
Charlie Crye (QB)
Cryin' Westbrook (RB)
Joseph A-Cry (RB)
George Cryster (TE)

I like the song Cryin' by Aerosmith...and my favortie comedian is Richard Cryor (loved him in The Toy)
That is true KJ.

My first year in the NFFC, I was in the auction in NY, and I was talking to the guy next to me 5 minutes before we drafted. I said something about liking the 1/2 pt for running backs rule. He said "what... are you sure about that?" He then looked through the rules and said "oh wow, you're right!"

Add to it that people are ALWAYS trying to select players in the Main draft who were taken 5-6 rounds earlier, and I agree 100 % with you KJ.

In a contest with this much cash. if they can't follow simple rules, they shouldn't be in at all.
Funny ... I see a very adult conversation that most people agree with until ONE guy who is afraid do even have change discussed ... throws a hissy fit at the thought of even disscussing a new idea.

OK ... noted ... Lance will be holding his breath until Greg stops the discussion of new ideas ... Thanks for sharring Lance.

Good job USF, Duke, KoQ and others
