But no drinks in the draft I assume? -z- [/QUOTE]Z-Men, are you kidding me? Yes, we allow drinks during the draft. We trust our guys enough to know that with a $1,250 entry fee they will drink responsibly. Most guys like to have one at the break (after Round 9) and then analyze the drafts afterwards with a cold one in hand. We've never had any problems with this.

In fact, during the NFFC Auction League last year in Las Vegas, Mr. Bill (who I'm sure you know from the WCOFF) bought Priest for $80 and Shaun Alexander for $70 with the first two bids and then told his co-manager to go get a case of beer for the boys since he wouldn't be buying anyone for the next hour. Sure enough he did and when that one was done he went and got another one. The 14 owners in that room had a blast and there was a true camraderie like a local league with 14 college buddies. It was cool.

Now it would have been cool without the beer, but.... ;)

Hahhahaha, that's awesome Greg! Some so-called experts say "to never drink and draft" but I beg to differ. I beleive in that nice zone: enough to calm the nerves, not enough to numb the nerves. -z-

Tom or Greg, will either of you be at the Chicago draft?

Who is going to be where?

Thanks!

Greg will be in Vegas; I'll be in NY and Rocky Landsverk will be running the show in Chicago.

Thanks! If I'm reading through the lines, the question really is, "Tom or Greg, who will be handing out the free drink tickets in Chicago?" That will be Rocky Landsverk and he's stingier with them than Tom and I! :D Good luck.
