Am I the only one who thinks that every NFL city should get a SB? A 32 year rotation would do the trick. I would list them based on performance over the past decade, set the schedule and forget about it. Expansion teams and teams that move would go to the back of the list. While I don't think EVERY city should get a Super Bowl (Greg makes a good point about GB being too small), I am totally for scheduling Super Bowls in cold weather cities.
This is FOOTBALL, and the biggest city in the country with the newest stadium in the country deserves a crack at this.
If you can't play in "less than stellar" conditions, you shouldn't be there.
