NAG, you dont make any sense, i dont have EDGE in my top 14 , but after that , especially 20, thats value. As much as i didnt want him at pick 20 i cant let him go.I DO have chad johnson as my nu1 wideout, followed by SMITH and FITZGERALD.Did what i had to do wasnt thrilled taken JOHNSON at 9 , BUT the 8 running backs i liked went right in order, i didnt think FAST WILLIE WILLIE would go 8.Julios at 3rd pick 9 was too much value to pass up, i wasnt looking for him , but was the best back on the board , considerd his brother THOMAS, but went JULIOS.

Eddie, I don't have the exact order of players that went in your draft so I can only comment based on what you're revealing and my assumptions. If you drafted 1.09, your next pick was 2.06, which is where you took Edge. Is this not correct? That would be pick 20. Which of the top WRs were still available to you there and which of the RBs? You say Edge is "value" at that pick yet you say he is ranked 15th or lower on your board. Is that 15th overall or 15th RB?

I agree with you EddieJag. The running back value falls off deeply compared to WR. I believe James will have a solid season. I'm sure you got decent receivers while having solid backs. I'm on board with ya Eddie believe you made the right decisions. GOOD LUCK!!!

NAG, i have EDGE AT14 overall, i thought i would be taken FAST WILLIE, THEN CC DESPARADO'S [SHAWN]took FWP. I was not ready for who to take next, which should not have happend.I really didnt love any of the next running backs , so took my nu1 wide out, to get EDGE at 20 i was actually suprised and happy. It was a strange draft , wideouts went fast, even Lamount Jordan went 19 right in front of EDGE, couldnt believe it.I took Julios Jone round 3 pick 9 , which is pretty late for him , then took Carson Palmer in the 4th round , usally go wideout here , but the ones i liked where gone , like PLAXICO,EVANS, and MASON. Also got Darryl Jackson in the 5th , i thing his ADP is much lower than here.

GUYS it's not that i dont expect EDGE to fall off the map, just with his line and the way they throw the ball ,even inside the 5 , scares me.I think EDGE WIll run for about 1000, to 1100 yards , and 6 to 8 td's, thats pretty good , and puts him in my rankings where i have him, BUT if things go wrong, and they could , i would rather draft someone safer, do we all agree that CHAD JOHNSON is about as safe as it gets. The way it went i cant complain, did my home league 12 team draft last night and EDGE went 5 . WE WILL SEE.
