Okay, get ready for a bunch of signups this morning as a lot of NFFC veterans are coming back to our main event. We're working on our 18th league in the main event and could fill that shortly. Our latest signup is claiming home field advantage in Las Vegas once again this year as the brothers tag team of Scott and Shaun Stage of Las Vegas, Nevada will be joining us at the Flamingo on Saturday, Sept. 1st. Scott and Shaun led their Peyton's Dream team to an 8-5 record in Las Vegas League 2 last year, placing 86th overall with 1,628.90 points. Peyton's Dream then finished 36th overall in the Consolation Round. Welcome back guys and best of luck this year in the hunt for the $100,000 grand prize and the $5,000 league prize.

It's good to welcome back another original member of the NFFC family to the 2007 event as Ken Norred of Ashland, Alabama will be joining us at the Flamingo Las Vegas again on Saturday, Sept. 1st for the main event. Kenny has competed in every NFFC and NFBC live draft since 2004 and has had good success in the past. His KLN Gridiron Gang struggled with injuries last year and finished 4-9 in Las Vegas League 1 with 1,477.65 points. The Gridiron Gang finished 235th overall during the regular season, but then finished ninth in the Consolation Round. Welcome back Ken and best of luck in the hunt for this year's $100,000 grand prize and the $5,000 league prize.

We're now at 90 signups in Las Vegas and working on our seventh main event there thanks to the return of another original member of the NFFC family. Let's give it up for John Zaleski of Mission Viejo, California and the owner of Ultimate Fantasy Sports. John has been with the NFFC and NFBC since 2004 and he's run his own fantasy games company for the past 20 years. Last year his Czar Totter team struggled in Las Vegas League 2 and finished 3-10, but Z promises a better finish this year. Welcome back John and best of luck in the hunt for this year's $100,000 grand prize and the $5,000 league prize.

What would one of our high-stakes events be without the Quahogs involved? :D Stephen Jupinka of Waldwick, New Jersey has been an original member of the NFFC and NFBC families since 2004 and his photo postings on the Message Boards are as original as they get. Unfortunately, we had to suspend our photo privileges when the spammers put even more revealing photos on than Quahogs was showing!! :D Anyway, it's all good fun and Steve has had good fun and good success in the NFFC and the NFBC over the last four years. He's back this year and will be drafting at the New York Hilton once again in the main event. Last year, his Quahogs team won $2,500 as it went 8-5 in New York League 3 and placed 65th overall with 1,622.65 points. Quahogs then finished 50th in the Championship Round with 451.97 points. Welcome back Stephen and best of luck in the hunt for this year's $100,000 grand prize and the $5,000 league prize.
