i called up today to reserve a room and was told they did not set up anything yet as far as a room block.

I meant to, but had a question on one part first. Sorry. Let me post when this is set up for you, but I have the contract right in front of me at $129 per night both nights. They'll set up the room block once they have my blood on paper!!

HEY guys might have a couple others Dave Dettera i will talk to and he loves the dc drafts and Aaron Smith ive talked too but he likes auctions so we might lose him,we will see.

Okay, we added another NFFC Charter Member to Boston, making Beantown already one of the toughest cities to compete in. John Hogan of Philadelphia, PA is in for both main events and the DC, giving us six teams there now for the DC. John also wants to do an auction league, so Eddie if you can recruit Aaron and David and others to do an early morning auction league John is in!!

We'll keep pushing in Boston, but so far we have a solid group of owners who are heading to Fenway Park on Friday night for some fun inbetween drafts. Great stuff.

Thanks John and hopefully Boston will work out for you.

Jeff (kapefear), have you looked for any tickets yet? I did a quick scan of StubHub and eBay today and found mostly bleacher seats for $25-50+, in blocks of no more than 8 though. But as long as we can get blocks of 4-8 in the same section, it would probably be fine.

There are plenty of seats available now and I hope there still are in late August, when we'll know our final number.
