David Erfley of Greensburg, Pennsylvania won a Top Gun Fantasy contest recently that earned him a sponsored trip to the NFFC's main event and he will now be joining us at the New York Hilton on Saturday, Sept. 1st. David is excited to be joining the NFFC competition and we're glad to have him on board. Welcome David and best of luck in the hunt for this year's $100,000 grand prize and the $5,000 league prize.

We're glad to welcome another new member to the growing NFFC family as Jeffry Schwartz of Janesville, Wisconsin has grabbed a main event team at the Chicago Oakbrook Marriott on Saturday, Sept. 1st. It's always good to welcome a fellow Cheesehead and Jeffry has been e-mailing me the last couple of weeks about the event and finally jumped in after a long business trip. Welcome aboard Jeff and best of luck in the hunt for this year's $100,000 grand prize and the $5,000 league prize.

We're now three teams short of an eighth full league for the main event in New York as we welcome another three-year member of the NFFC family back in 2007. Let's give it up for the return of Kenneth Kiel of Brooklyn, New York to the NFFC's main event at the New York Hilton on Saturday, Sept. 1st. Kenneth led his ISBISTER 15 team to a 5-8 record in New York League 8 last year, finishing with 1,373.65 points. Welcome back Kenneth and best of luck in the hunt for this year's $100,000 grand prize and the $5,000 league prize.

Jeff Dawson of Marston Mills, Massachusetts just grabbed one of the last $650 Auction League spots in New York, giving us 26 teams there. That leaves us with two open spots before we close this out. Jeff is already signed up for the main event and we're glad to have him on board for the auction league as well. Thanks Jeff and good luck in the hunt for the $4,000+ in league prizes.

Let's give it up for Panagiotros Mallas of Fairlawn, New Jersey as Pete will be joining us for the NFFC's main event at the New York Hilton on Saturday, Sept. 1st. I'm glad to announce that Dave Cushard of Jackson, Michigan will be joining the NFFC family once again after a one year sabbatical from our crazy contest. Dyv is one of the folks who pushed the NFBC and NFFC hard in the early goings and recruited enough die-hard fantasy players to make this event a reality. I'm forever grateful. Dyv is currently competing in the NFBC's main event and he will now be joining the wild crew out in Las Vegas for this year's main event at the Flamingo on Saturday, Sept. 1st. Welcome back Dyv -- now get your whimzical, sarcastic, witty butt back on the Message Boards :D -- and best of luck in the hunt for the $100,000 grand prize and the $5,000 league prize.

We now have 118 teams for the main event at the Flamingo Las Vegas as we welcome back the tag team of Paula and Kenny Magner of Freehold, New Jersey. Paula signed up way back in January, but a new set of vacation plans came up during the summer and she decided to spend Ken's money some other way!! :D But Ken said when he saw Jules' NFFC video and the entire Magner clan was included, he just had to get another team in the main event!! :D Kenny Jr. is featured prominently and he's going to have a strong say in the development of this team. Welcome back Paula and Kenny and best of luck in the hunt for this year's $100,000 grand prize and the $5,000 league prize.
