Tom - if you started the draft with LT, Curtis Martin and Marvin Harrison as your first 3 picks in a 14 team draft how many would you win?

Point of fact is Manning and C-Pep probably WILL be the top 2 scorers in fantasy this year. Sadly that's not how the game is played.

I saw a post about Deuce dropping to the 1st pick in the 2nd rnd.... I was in that league... if fact my partner and I drafted at 13 and let him go too...

But Jamal Lewis was sitting there at 13 and had to grab him.... 2003 was not that long ago when he ran for 2,000 yards... plus he's in a contract year... he's looking to show that 2003 was no fluke...

We were very happy to grab Lewis there.... we had keyed either Julius Jones, Portis, or Lewis to be there at 13... the other two were gone so we took Jamal...
2006 Draft:
RB
Edge, Dunn, Duckett, M. Anderson, R. Moats, D. Davis
WR
Roy Williams, J. Walker D. Jackson, Troy Williamson, R. Ferguson, P. Price, Si. Moss
QB
A. Brooks, D. Brees
J. Stevens TE
L. Tynes K
NE Def

Liquid, that decision will HAUNT you for years.

Wager: 20 bucks

Details: Deuce vs Jamal

You and Jamal win and you get 20 bucks from me.

Deuce outperforms Jamal in this format and you send $20 to my Charity Fund.

Ted's.. I posted on the other thread... I accept... as stated before - I am going to feel awful winning $20 from your charity fund...

Deuce is going to be miserable playing on the road all year...

Liquid, my $20 will be coming from my own pocket and thanks for taking me up on my offer. For your sake and season, I hope you are right.

Just out of curiosity, did Deuce go to the team with the 14th pick and were they a tad giddy?

LIQUID sorry but would have gone duce and hope jamal slide back a much better chance then duce.
Who did you get 2nd. The thought of duce and jamal would have been worth the gamble. DUCE is a top 7 pick in most league's and went 6 in the ultimate . GOOD LUCK

Ted,
I'm in your league but was pick 8. I drafted a guy who sometimes smokes pot. If you win, could you add my charity - Atheists for Jesus - to your list?

Dyv, were those really your first three picks?

Curtis Martin and Harrison falling all the way back to the 28th and 29th picks? That's a sweet deal if it worked out that way - especially with possibility of adding a Trent Green or such later on.
