NY vs Chicago Grudge Match Update

Post by TamuScarecrow » Sun May 07, 2006 9:53 am

Good post, Diesel, as I hate the NBA, but I would rather read your post than some of those I have read the past 2 years. I like a sport where the rules are for everyone, not just those who make less than $10 mil a year.

Back to Derby Day, I was up $300 until losing $120 on the Derby and went into a complete tailspin after that losing $300 the rest of the day and night on races at Mountaineer, Penn National, and Evangeline Downs. Yes, the $587 exacta and $1752.50 tri would have made the day but I will have to save it for Preakness Day in 2 weeks.

Big D and UYT, just wanted to get this thread back up and running and let you know I received Big D's $100 today to put in the bank for safe keeping. Just to make sure everyone knows the stakes, the bet is on who wins Grudge Match II. If Team NY wins, Big D wins the $200 and if Team Chi-town wins, UYT wins the $200. I will pick up UYT money during Draftfest 2006 in Chi-town. Any clarifications, gentlemen????

Thanks for holding the money Tamu...

Boy will I hear it if I lose this bet...lol...I'm so sure NY will win it this year, I feel like I should have given odds to the Tomatoes...

May the best team win. And I promise not to get mad this year if Billy takes all of my QB's again. :D :D

Q Quahogs, I am so sure that NY is going to win this year, I feel like betting each member of Chicago on this...Then I'd have a free Auction year in 2007, on top of a NY Grudge Match win! :D

Q I agree with all of the above. On the other hand ... some of our better players had bad drafts last year. It'll be fun. This year we are going to sacrifice a Potato!
