Hense the name "Sound Advice"...

Allison Krauss and Union Station, (although released on LP by Mobile Fidelity in 2005 - Half-Speed mastered by Stan Ricker), Derek Trucks, John Mayer, the great Robert Randolph, and Los Lobos are not old acts.

Let's start a separate thread to keep up with this incredible Chicago concert.

I was just pointing out a simple observation... And Los Lobos are REALLY old, they "hit" when they were a mature group (see LaBamba) whioh is now aboy 20 years ago..

Just having fun (And Eddie Van Halen Pre Haggarsucks days yes)

corky laing is still with leslie west. 2 out of 3 isn't bad snake. my favorite mountain jam is "variations on a theme" with leslie and felix going at it live on "flowers of evil". the place i go to see them now at holds 400? or so. (the magic bag) you're right on top of the band. i saw ten years after there and they where great. so was frank marino and mahogany rush. there are a lot of rock and roll bands hitting the small venues. its great. a bunch of people mostly in there 40's to there 70's. no hasles at all. in vegas the cannery casino hosts some good old bands. i've been checking their calender too.
