Gates near the end of round 3 is the steal of the first 3 rounds IMO.

People aren't factoring in his value properly with NFFC scoring.

With the depth at WR, Gates is a lock to be top 3 TEs and likely #1 by far. He should go top 3 of 3rd round.

He is more valuable at TE than Manning or Palmer are at QB.

I guess we'll see...

Glad to see Monday.....these satellite results are starting to be like a drug and it was a long weekend without a fix!
I agree on Gates going too late.....also I can't understand why some would take D. Williams early in round 3 with all the RB's, WR's and Gates left.

Also, one other thought on Gates (the coutnerpoint I guess). In this draft TE's went late and the guy who took Gates in round 3 could have taken his WR1 (Moss, Driver, Colston, Coles etc) and still would have had his choice of ANY other TE in round 6. In the end, he took Galloway in round 6, so what would you rather....

R. Moss and Heap or Shockey or Gonzo
