Not so sure I would clarify Addai as a "safe" pick as like some others on here I wanted no part of him for mainly same reasons Eddie posted.

However my "strong feeling" choice was LJ. So far only so-so at best I guess. Had I taken Westy the point difference would be minimal but he would have given me a win in week 1 and a 3-3 record would be a huge upgrade right now since only 3 teams are at 4-2 in my league.

The only one I would have taken over LJ was Barber. Now I wish I had! D'OH!

The # 3 spot!

Oh my is right.

I saw him as bouncing back HUGE this year! He has shown he can do it if they just use the man.

I thought they would run him like a rented mule, damnit!

Yea, I think I had my own Winslow-like moment when I made that pick.

I honestly was not as high on Gore as most, but he is off to a hell of a start.

I did ten leagues and did a good job of dodging landminds. Here is a list of guys i wouldnt touch.
Addai cant believe more didnt see this
Portis i missed on this one.
LJ RIGHT NOW NOT GOOD ,BUT SNAKE SAY'S HANG ON.
Harrison getting old and Gonzalez
Holt getting older and a shitty qb and line.
Ocho Cinco torn labrum pass
McFadden just eye candy this year
D Anderson concussion worried me
Schockey was going too high.
Edge James a lot of miledge
Magahee wouldnt touch him with a ten foot pole.
I did not draft any one of these players .
Portis is the only one i regret as he fell to 23 to me in one league and i passed on him. I dis get Plaxico there who i love.
NFBC (NY) auction league champion!
Bad(ass)Angels

He who steps to me in 2005, you better realize you dont have enough jive..... TURKEY!

Originally posted by SNAKE:
Larry Johnson will not play this week, according to the Kansas City Star.

It's unclear if this will be an official team suspension, but he's not playing either way. Johnson's pending assault charge appears to be the cause of the news, although he did practice Wednesday. It's also unclear how long LJ will be out for. Jamaal Charles and Kolby Smith are likely to split carries in a brutal matchup against Tennessee, so they'd be poor options.

...SHHHHITTTTT!...it's the unforseen things like wife-beatings and Bloated Balls Syndrome that are absolute KILLERS to some FF teams...GGGRRRRRRRRRR...SSSSSSSSSSS....SNAKE Don't worry Glenn, as it is week 7, as they were playing against Tennessee. Sounds like there is a possibility this could be longer, but it isn't like he was doing well anyhow.

Could you or Russ refresh us the terms of the "Barber vs LJ" wager?
