when will we know what league we are in and what our draft spot will be?

We need to sell out the main events and then randomly pick each league in each city. After doing that, then we look at KDS preferences. You'll have a week or more before Draft Day to learn your draft pick, but with KDS it makes it impossible to pull the draft spots any sooner.
The good news is that you have some say in your draft location, which is good for the players.
