Tom - What is the deadline to pay by check and how do we let you know that so you don't charge our cards?

Hey Pete, we'll start charging the Live Events on Aug. 1 so we'll want the checks to start being sent in then. You can send them in now as well. We won't say no to that.
If you want to pay by check just let me know and I'll make sure you're not charged on your credit card.
