I am admittedly not a savvy person with technology. I do know many in the NFFC family are. I am considering a tablet as a Christmas gift and I may get one for myself. Can anyone give feedback on what I should be looking for? What one of the better/best brand or values may be?
I certainly see myself using it very much for fantasy sports.
Tablet technology question
Re: Tablet technology question
I have an Ipad - I also have the "Sunday Ticket" Direct TV App -
I use it to watch all the games -
Works great on all the Fantasy sites including NFFC -

At the $199 price point, the Google Nexus 7 is a great choice. It is fast, it is well made and you cannot beat the price.Jack_Bauer wrote:I am admittedly not a savvy person with technology. You can use it for NFFC scoring, for all apps (tons of free open source apps in google play store) and even watching sunday ticket or time warner cable if that is your provider.
plus it has FLASH cabilities so it will compatible with every website unlike the ipad.
One thing to note is that the Nexus 7 #2 will be coming out in may 2013. But if you try to wait for technology, there will be always something new around the corner. you cant keep up and this model #1 is everything you need.
Yes i do have an ipad 1 and ipad3 ....they are great, but the form factor and price of Nexus 7 makes it a winner. I got one for each of my kids for this holidays....(ssshhhhh, dont tell them spoiled rotten buggers)
