Is it possible to look up a past baseball/football drafts to see what day you drafted that team on?

Sure. The draft links stay active on your page from year to year. What league are you looking for?

NFBC $375 Slow Draft League 8 (2012)
I wanted to know what day this draft started on... I can get to the standings page, but not sure where to navigate to find out the day the slow draft started

The dates aren't listed on the team pages for those Slow Drafts, but you can easily find it by searching on the Message Boards. That one started Jan. 31st:
