we're four picks into the 3rd round of this years draft. here's a breakdown comparing this year and last year.

1st round
QB's - 2012 (3) 2013 (1)
RB's - 2012 (6) 2013 (10)
WR's - 2012 (3) 2013 (3)
TE's - 2012 (2) 2013 (0)

2nd round
QB's - 2012 (3) 2013 (2)
RB's - 2012 (3) 2013 (5)
WR's - 2012 (8) 2013 (5)
TE's - 2012 (0) 2013 (2)

A RB heavy first round with only one QB and zero TE's taken this year.
Not as QB heavy in the first two rounds as last year. Obviously people are being more patient with the QB position.
The draft is RB heavy and I don't think this adjustment should surprise anyone with the depth at RB this coming year and the volatile nature with QB's once you get past the "big three".
