THE DRAFTING SEASON IS ABOUT TO BEGIN IN THE NFFC!!

For the first time in our 10-year history, we are starting online drafts before the NFL Draft. The $150 Draft Champions Leagues will start the day after they fill and yesterday we got 11 signups for the first 12-team, 35-round $150 Draft Champions League. If we get one more signup today, we will announce draft picks tomorrow morning and start this league tomorrow at 5 pm ET. Please set your KDS preferences by tonight so that we can automatically pick draft spots. This system is now automated so that everyone gets email updates on the KDS deadline, starting time and every pick. It's awesome.

I'll post the list of signups shortly, but just a heads up that we are going to sell this out soon and start drafting before April 1st. AWESOME!! Thanks all.

At this point, pick an obscure NFL player and let everyone know in the chat that you just picked Geno Smith. That's how we'll have to handle this for the first few drafts. Let us know as well. We'll make sure to follow each DC and make sure any rookie isn't picked twice. We'll do all we can to converse those picks to everyone once we get rolling and once we get back from the NFBC drafts.

As you said, maybe we can assign a name per rookie, but I can't do that now. But that's a good idea. This first league will show me how many rookies are being drafted and it will help me compile that list for everyone, okay? I'll post that list on the Message Boards after this one helps me out. Thanks all.

Greg, be advised that I have emailed everyone in the leauge and told them to post in here when they take a rookie. they should post it in the chat and in this thread. this is so you and all of us can keep track of which rookies are drafted.

example: (actually happened) Eddie Lacy to Swinging for the fences.

Eddie Lacy = Ricky Williams.
