Well, Bill, it might have been the best team you drafted, until Pitta got hurt anyway. Now, it looks in a spot of trouble with Eifert as your TE1. I can sympathize though. I put alot of stock in Dustin Keller, from my wait-on-TE strategy.

As for my best, so far, I have to go with

QB....Cam, Dalton
RB.....AP, CJ1K, Ahmad Bradshaw, Deangelo Williams, Shonn Greene.
WR....Roddy, Jordy, MWilliams, Chris Givens, Hartline, Sanu
TE......Keller (ouch), D.Allen, M. Lewis, J Cumberland
D/ST......Cincy, K.C.
K......J. Brown, Nugent, Feely, Vinatieri

Being this is my first year here, I'm still weighing the get RB's first strategy, vs. get the best WR's you can early. It'll be interesting at the end of the season to see which prevails.

It seems that whichever positions we double-down to start out the first couple rounds, we inevitably end up a little weak at the other key position - at least before the season starts. Even if we manage to get solid RBs and WRs, there's often a hole at TE or QB. But if some non-studs get bigger roles than anticipated, then these teams will have a chance to pop.

I'd be interested in what dates everyone drafted their teams too.

I've done 6 so far, plus Billy's 14-team blood-letting this Mon. night.

I've lost Percy, Danario and Maclin on one team each. Of the other ones, here's my favorite, from Aug. 11th. Hopefully, what it lacks at TE star power, it'll make up for with depth:
QB: Kaepernick, Cutler, Weeden
RB: Spiller (Choice), SJax, Bernard, Bradshaw (DBrown), Michael/Turbin, Randle, Gillislee, AGreen
WR: Roddy, Bowe, Garcon, Sanders, LaFell, JWright, Stills, TGraham, Shepard, DDavis
TE: Bennett, Eifert, Allen, Fasano
DST: HOU, CLE
K: Janikowski, Bironas, Bogotay, Tavecchio

Don't you have some concern for Arian Foster?? Should a nabbed B Tate. Jennings as a WR2 is less than attractive Ponder blows. TE will be troublesome

Yes, I have concerns about Foster, but 3 other starting RB's may help get through the first part of the season.
Yes, I should have grabbed Tate, but when this draft was done, the concerns weren't there for Foster. Tate gets a lot of love, but he has had issues, too.
I think jury is still out on Jennings, but I like my depth at WR, esp in a DC.
TE is definitely the weakness with Pitta going down.
