Someone was able to claim Kenbrell Thompkins in Cutline

In Lg 8996, someone got a bid in on Kenbrell Thompkins somehow, I was unable to place a bid on him, and I'm sure others were locked out of him as well, since he went for $22 with no backups.

Greg/Tom, need to cancel this claim and possibly rerun the waivers in that league if needed.

This has been fixed. Thompkins is no longer on these rosters.
