NFFC Cutline FAAB To Include Thursday Players

The second chance to pick up players in the debut NFFC Cutline Championship is on Friday, October 11th before Week 6. The final FAAB pickup in the NFFC Cutline Championship is before Week 9 on Friday, November 1st. Both FAAB periods will now include players to be picked up and cut from the Thursday game of that week.
But here's one item all owners must know about dealing with the Thursday players: For all Friday FAAB periods for NFFC Cutline leagues, all Thursday players from the day before will be available to add or to drop (regardless of being in active lineup or bench). If any Free Agent bid includes a Thursday player as the add OR the drop, that move goes into effect for the following week. So, even if a user drops a bench player that played Thursday and adds a player that has not played yet, that new player cannot be used until the following week. Please understand that because that is very important.
So in the case of next week's FAAB, you can cut or pick up any New York Giant or Chicago Bear but that move goes into effect the following week. Nobody from that pickup would be allowed to be activated in Week 6. The same goes in Week 9 when Cincinnati and Miami play.
We are happy to have FAAB set up now to include all Thursday players, but please understand how it works. If you have any questions about this process, please ask them here or contact me at [email protected]. With only three FAAB pickups per year in this contest, they are about building a winning roster for the season AND for the Championship Round. The current setup now includes all players from each week and allows you to cut and pick up who you want for the future. Good luck all.
