What Does The First Round Of 2015 Look Like?

It's never too early to start talking about Draft Day in 2015, right?

Tom and I started the conversation last night on our STATS Fantasy Advantage as the two of us had a first round mock draft. Here's how we saw the first round for 2015:

1. Jamaal Charles 18.9 ppg in NFFC
2. Le’Veon Bell 23.9 ppg in NFFC
3. Matt Forte 23 ppg in NFFC
4. DeMarco Murray 23.2 ppg in NFFC
5. Eddie Lacy 17.2 ppg in NFFC (topped 20 in 6 of last 9 and topped 26 in 3 of last 4)
6. Demaryius Thomas 21.4 ppg in NFFC
7. Calvin Johnson 18.1 ppg in NFFC
8. Jordy Nelson 21.2 ppg in NFFC
9. Antonio Brown 24.3 ppg in NFFC (No. 1 WR in PPR this year)
10. Adrian Peterson (still a great player, just needs a new home)
11. Julio Jones 20.8 ppg in NFFC
12. Aaron Rodgers 32 ppg in NFFC (Luck at 34, Peyton at 30)
Others to consider – Arian Foster, Peyton, Luck, A.J. Green, Dez Bryant

Any thoughts on this? Of course, I gave Tom the first pick (doesn't he always get the first pick? ), so he took the odd-numbered picks and I took the even-numbered picks. Was a fun exercise. What's your thoughts on the first round of 2015? Inquiring minds want to know.

Wow.. surprised at a couple things. 1-Charles over Lev Bell and D Murray at first overall ?? I'd take both over Charles. 2-Foster wont make it out of the first round and would have him ranked higer then A.P and probably even Lacey. The top 5 wrs that you have in first round I agree are the top 5 off the board next year and I think you will see them go in any order 1-5 off the board

I would like to take this opportunity to point out that my rbs in the first magazine league this year are Murray, Lacy, and Bell!

I'd be somewhat leery of Murray in top 3 coming off this crazy workload with his injury history...let's not forget this is a contract year for him as well.

I told you that Tom had the first pick. You shouldn't be surprised by Charles then, right? I said on the air that I would take Bell No. 1 overall. Neither one of us is taking Foster over Lacy!!!

I felt that pain this weekend in the Beckett Magazine playoffs!!! That draft was held on May 13th and you're right you got Lacy, Murray and then Bell at 28!!! Nice job and you will be tough to catch after that big week, but we'll keep trying. Good job so far.

Greg, I should of known it was Tom that had first pk when Charles went first haha, good list none the less..... yeah I'm on with Nando and the fantasy exec every Thursday just for football season, we have a lot of fun and I always try to get my NFFC mentions in when I can !
