ALL CAPS IS BACK IN THE NFFC!!

Back in the early days of the NFFC when high-stakes Message Boards were your social media -- before Facebook got big, Twitter and the rest -- there was a character on our boards who posted in ALL CAPS. He had lots of good suggestions and opinions, but he wrote in ALL CAPS. Pretty annoying to some. Pretty funny to others.
We got to know this guy who first wanted to play so badly that he became one of our first facilitators in Chicago through his Message Board posts. Eventually he competed in the NFFC Classic. Along the way (maybe when Fanball took over), we lost track of ALL CAPS as he ventured to other games. It happens in this competitive marketplace.
But yesterday I got a friendly email (that went to my Spam folder thanks to ALL CAPS) from this old friend that said he was very interested in competing in the Main Event doubleheader. Sure enough, it was the one and only Ormond Rose, who is returning on Saturday, Sept. 5th for the NFFC Classic and Primetime. He's drafting Online for both contests and will likely return for the Online Championship, so feel free to welcome him back with an all caps response!!
WELCOME BACK ORMOND!!
We've made a lot of friends over the last 12 years here and some of those friendships started on the Message Boards. It's a different world now than it was in 2004 -- and in most cases for the better -- and our Message Boards aren't as active as they used to be. But we still try to keep everyone involved in the community and informed about our contests and our participants. I thought this new entry deserved a call out and I'm sure you'll agree.
Feel free to welcome him back and get ready for some posts in ALL CAPS. It's how Ormond rolls!! Welcome back Ormond.
