All Prize Winners Must Submit Online W9 Form

A reminder that ALL prize winners who live in the United States must fill out the Online W9 form on your team page (located under Settings) if you win prize money from us this year. The only exceptions are non-U.S. residents and anyone who has won prize money in any of our events (NFFC, NFBC or NFBKC) since we've been with STATS. Your prize winnings will not be sent unless this form is filled out so please do this as soon as possible to help us expedite the prize payment process.

Hi Guys - Any idea when you will be mailing 1099's for the past year (baseball/football/etc)? I want to gather all my forms together and start preparing my tax returns. Thanks - Pete
