Just like the Classic Leagues, the NFFC Primetime leagues had a wild finish to the regular season with many of the best teams rising to the top. It's good to see the teams scoring the most points also winning the h2h battles.
In the NFFC Primetime, we pay $6,500 to the team that has the best h2h record AND the most points through Week 13. If one team doesn't own both titles, then it must compete in a three-week playoff for the league title and the remaining $3,500 in prize money. If best h2h record and points are split, each team wins $3,000 after Week 13 and they fight for the rest.
This year through Week 13, we had 26 of 40 Primetime leagues (65%) wrapped up as one team owned best h2h record and most points. That's among the highest percentage in this format since we started it in 2008. Through last week, only 19 teams had best h2h record and most points, so there was definitely a changing of the guard in Week 13. That's why it's best to have a longer regular season, which we like in the NFFC.
So right now we still have 14 Primetime league titles up for grabs. I've listed the competing team owners in the thread below. Good luck to all of you competing for that remaining league prize money and best of luck to everyone in the Championship Round and in the Consolation Round.
Here's a look at some data points from the 2015 NFFC Primetime and a listing of each champion in every league:
* 26 of 40 Primetime Leagues (65%) have one team with best h2h record and most points
* Of the remaining 14 teams with best record in their league, 8 teams are 2nd in points, 2 teams are 4th in points, 3 teams are 5th in points and 1 team is 6th in points.
* 15 of the 40 Primetime Leagues finished with ties for first place. A total of 9 leagues had two teams tied for best h2h record, while five leagues had three teams tied for first place and one league had FOUR teams tied for first. Nice job all.
* Winning two Primetime league titles each are Joe Berg, Glenn Schroter and Mike Santos. Kimra Schleicher has already won one Primetime league title and she's in three Primetime League playoff games. Great job everyone.
