Please explain to me how E. Elliott is still playing

This guy should have been suspended many weeks ago. Instead we are still going through the slow moving 'justice' system, appeals, appeals, appeals, while the lawyers get rich.
Thoughts?

Why is it any different from any other court case.They all take forever to get done.
