Shared Prize Forms Available

Shared prize forms are available again for the NFFC. If you wish to use one for championship round prizes the deadline is below:

Tuesday Jan. 2

Please email me to receive a form ([email protected]). The forms must be notarized and emailed back to me by those dates. NOTE: If you submit a regular season form that form will also be used for all championship round prizes UNLESS you contact me and say otherwise. If you have any questions let me know.
