Yesterday we filled up the NFFC 14-Team Super Auction League and one of the owners asked me if we had thought about doing higher-end 12-Team Auction Leagues. I told him that we hadn't yet in football, which is kind of crazy since in the NFBC we have Super Auction Leagues, but we also have a 15-Team Ultimate Auction League and a 15-Team Diamond Auction League.
So the question begs: Is it time for the NFFC to offer higher-end 12-Team Auction Leagues?
It might be too late in this season to do it, but if there's demand for this we certainly could look at it for next year and maybe even this year. The schedule is already tight for these, but offering this on Friday at 10 am PT in Las Vegas or 2 pm or 6 pm would fit in with our other auction leagues. It's tough to fit these in on Thursday or Saturday, so Friday it is.
To start off we definitely could consider a $2500 12-Team Super Auction League with the same payouts as our Super Draft Leagues. One day it would be good to test out an NFFC 12-Team Ultimate and/or Diamond Auction League. Is there any interest in either of those?
Feel free to post here or email me at [email protected] with your feedback. Could be fun and we'd make sure Brady Tinker ran the auction. Thanks for considering and thanks for any feedback.
Just in case there's interest, I know of one person who wants in now:

Greg,
While I would be a huge fan of this, having it be in Vegas on Friday at 6:00, might just be the worst possible time.
You already have 15/12 teams signed up for the $1300 auction at that time, and the Diamond (which has a lot of your players that may consider this) is at 8:00, and therefore could not do this time slot.
Maybe something like 1:00 or 2:00 on Thursday OR 1:00/2:00 on Friday (to get the 10:00 auctioneers in as well).
Auction people are a "special breed", and there isn't a ton of us out there willing to throw down $2500.
Just thinking out loud here.

I would definitely be in for a 2PM Friday league, very interested in other times too depending on what sign-ups it conflicts with. Either a Super or Ultimate would be good with me, though I would guess a Super would be much easier to fill.
Auctions are great and Brady is the best.

Yeah I’m cool with suggestions for the best possible times. Thursday at 1 or 2 pm or Friday at 2 pm work as well. Travis would switch to either spot. Let’s get a consensus on the best date and time and try for a 12-team Super Auction. Thanks for the feedback.

Friday afternoon is no good for me. One of my few open times is Thursday afternoon at 1 or 2. I would be IN if the league went at that time.

I will probably just stick to the regular auction for now.

Re: Looking For Feedback On High-Dollar Auction Leagues
We do have interest in a 12-Team NFFC Super Auction League and will create a product link in the next day. It's a tight, tight schedule for sure, so it might be tough for everyone who wants to compete to make this work. But we have to pick a date and time now and see if we can make it work.
We are looking at Thursday, Sept. 5th at 2 pm PT at the Bellagio. The Thursday Night Game doesn't start until 5:30 and we'll be done well in advance of that with Brady Tinker as the auctioneer. Then we can head up to the Executive Penthouse Suite for the NFL Viewing Party.
More details to come once we create this new product, but hopefully there's enough interest in this one to get rolling. Stay tuned.
