unable to log in through Chrome

Has anyone experienced trouble logging into the NFC site using Google Chrome? I receive a please wait message that constantly spins with the logo, never get prompted for my user id and password. Was wondering if anyone is aware of a setting I can toggle to correct. I am able to access via Firefox.

I haven't been contacted about any Chrome issues. That's the preferred browser to use for our site. Maybe try cleaning out browser history and logging back in. Also try Chrome on your phone or another device.

If you don't wish to clear all of your history, sometimes you can get past this type of error by just deleting cookies for a specific site.

In Chrome, go to chrome://settings/siteData, then type nfc.shgn into the Search cookies field at the top right, then use the trash can icon to remove the cookies just for this site.
