NFFC Site Is Now Open For 2022 Drafting Season

Post by Greg Ambrosius » Wed Feb 16, 2022 9:07 am

The 2022 NFFC season IS OFFICIALLY OPEN!!! We have rolled over the site from 2021 to 2022 and Registration is now open.

Jump into any NFFC $150 Draft Champions league and you'll be drafting very soon. We will again offer 12-Team Draft Champions leagues that have an $800 league prize and a $30,000 grand prize. We are expecting over 3,000 teams for that format in 2022.

Here are some of the other things you should know about the NFFC in 2022:

** The NFFC Primetime will now have a record $250,000 grand prize. The cost of entry has risen from $1700 to $1750, but you can save $100 if you sign up for any NFFC Primetime league by May 31st. That is part of our Early Bird Special and it will continue through May 31st for this contest.

** The Rotowire Online Championship will also feature a record $250,000 grand prize in 2022. There are no changes to this format, but you can save money by signing up for a 3-pack, 6-pack or 9-pack Special Package. Check those out on Registration. We will again pay the Top 2 in each league and will pay the league champion $1,500 and the runner-up $700.

** The Draft Champions National Championship will again feature a $30,000 grand prize. NEW FOR THIS YEAR: This contest will now go through 34 rounds instead of 35 rounds, making sure that each end of the draft starts a round the same number of times.

** The Cutline Championship will again feature a $100,000 grand prize and will pay the Top 2 finishers in each league for the second straight year. This contest will pay $350 to the league champion and $150 to the runner-up, with the entry fee priced at $175. However, you can save per entry by signing up for a 3-pack, 6-pack or 9-pack. NEW THIS YEAR: The Championship Rounds will have a slight change this year with Round 1 consisting of Weeks 11 and 12, and Round 2 consisting of Weeks 13 and 14. There will be single-week playoff rounds in Weeks 15, 16 and 17 as usual.

** The NFFC Classic will now feature private leagues of 14 teams with a $2,000 entry fee and a top league prize of $15,000. There will still be an overall competition and we will crown our 19th Classic national champion, but the only national prize is a FREE 2023 NFFC Classic entry valued at $2,000. All of the other prize money will remain within each league. We will have Online drafts and live drafts in Las Vegas and New York City.

** The NFFC Silver Bullet returns with a $35,000 grand prize and a max limit of 240 unique owners.

** The NFFC Challenge Roto and Points contests return at same price points and with same grand prizes as 2021.

** All private leagues and satellite leagues return as they were in the past. We are still negotiating with hotels for the live events, but expect to be back in New York City and Las Vegas on Labor Day weekend and then the next weekend in Las Vegas, hopefully at the same venues as past years.

That should do it. Good luck all and enjoy.
