Espn has reported, but Footballguys just posted that their has been conflicting reports.

If it is official Inactive you'll know soon....I'm pretty sure he will be....sorry

This is an incredibly tough week for everyone. With all of the inactives and suspensions and injuries, can you imagine what this week would have looked like if Cincinnati and Houston were also on a bye?? Remember, this is the makeup game from Week 2 as six teams were originally scheduled to have byes this week. Wow, it's tough enough already.
