I'm happy to announce today that we have a special livestream Rotowire Online Championship league set up for Thursday, August 3rd at 10 pm ET with James Roday Rodriguez. James unfortunately has a lot of time on his hands right now with the actors' strike, so he agreed to have some face time with me and Tom during a livestream draft.

James has been a loyal NFBC and NFFC player for the past 15+ years, but you may know him as the star actor in the TV hit series Psych and more recently with ABC's A Million Little Things. He drafted live with us in Las Vegas in March and if this strike goes on through the summer he may be returning to Las Vegas in September.

James also helped us start the NFFC Primetime Sack Cancer Fund during the pandemic of 2020. The idea was to marry fantasy football with a good charity and recruited WWE Superstar The Miz to draft NFFC Primetime teams and give all prize money to charity. James has also donated $1,000 for every team that finishes ahead of him in his league standings and over the last three years we've raised around $40,000 for the V Foundation. More specifically, the money is donated to the Miz's favorite charity, Conner's Cure, the pediatric cancer research arm of the V Foundation.

More details are coming soon on the NFFC Primetime Sack Cancer leagues as we have recruited our five superstars and will be picking draft dates and more soon. Should be another epic season with five great celebrity players. Stay tuned for that.

But before we do that, let's get a primer league going first with James. This is the "Beat James Roday" Rotowire Online Championship league on Thursday at 10 pm ET and we'll livestream it on our High Stakes Fantasy Network YouTube channel. First 11 entrants get to join us for the draft.
