INDY choke

Post by mikeybok » Mon Nov 12, 2007 2:50 am

Someone needs to call Jeff (Route C) by noon and get him out of bed today. Hangover or not ... he still needs to go out and make money to put food on his table.

Jeff ... Good luck with KC this week. I hear the goal posts in Indianapolis are just as narrow as they are in San Diego!

Dungy admitted it was a mistake to call the timeout for the sake of making his point to the officials. One more timeout could've helped get into position for another FG try....but honestly....the Colts did too many things wrong to deserve victory yesterday.

With that in mind....how bad is SD? 2 gimme TD's and 6 turnovers and they were still in position to LOSE the game. Incredible!

On another note concerning game management did anyone watch Romeo call timeout after Pittsburgs last TD and then decide to challenge....which he ultimately lost...costing his team 2 precious timeouts. That game at the very least goes to overtime if they can stop the clock at least one more time on that final drive. What a bozo move.

LAST NIGHT WAS WHEN THEY GOT UP 23-0 THEY PLAYED NOT TO LOSE. TAKING NOTHING A FROM THE COLTS DEFENSE BUT THEY LOOKED LIKE THEY FELT THE 23 PTS WAS GOOD ENOUGH. WHICH ALMOST KICKED THEM IN THE BUTT AT THE END. THAT IS HOW I TOOK IT. THEY WAS JUST NOT ANY AGGRESSIVE PLAY CALLING AT ALL.

The sleeping gas coving the field did in the Colts. Nice job by the field crew on that one. ;)

The Vikings are much better at it as they will actually lose the game with that technique. My pop always said "find something your good at and stick with it!" Vikings sadly chose to excel at that.

UYT (Bitter Viking fan).

Get rid of Childish Childrish or All Day will waste his career away playing for losers like I had to endure with Wayne Fontes.

[/QUOTE]This is comedy.

They almost lost because they threw on FIRST DOWN and it was picked.

LT had just run for 7 yards twice in the previous 3 plays.

Turner refuses to pound LT when they have a lead and use up the clock.

Rivers fumbled away a INDY TD because they threw THREE times from their own 3. Why not pound LT twice and then throw?

Everyone at the game was saying this.
