how on earth do you make this work?
I have enough arguments with myself over the lineup without bringing another person into the mix!

The Co-Manager sometimes will see something or bring up a point that I failed to miss (rare) ...& if we just so happen to lose, well then I always have someone to blame!

Never enter into a 50:50 arrangement. In all but one of my 9 NFFC leagues, my son is my co-manager (and I often listen to him, as he makes great points). But when push comes to shove, I maintain veto power.
In my 12-team satellite, I enlisted the help of a friend because I wanted to draft the league more than manage it. I paid the $150 entry and promised him 25% of winnings. He does the day-to-day work, but usually asks for my opinion. But I tell him, "That's my opinion, but I enlisted you to make the final call".

Its great to have someone to bounce idea's off of. If we can't come to a 100% agreement on who to start...
