Who's Coming To The 2010 NFFC In Dallas?
Posted: Tue Jul 13, 2010 5:32 am
This was the last venue to be finalized, but your patience in Dallas will be rewarded, I promise. We are hosting the Classic and Primetime drafts at the House of Blues in Dallas on Saturday, Sept. 5th. Both drafts will be held in the Lone Star Room, starting at noon CST for the Classic and 5 pm CST for the Primetime. We don't have any Friday events planned yet, but if the demand is there for an Auction League or a Draft Champions League I'll host it.
Here's a little info on our host site if you're not familiar with it:
"House of Blues Dallas opened in 2007 in the historic White Swan Building at the crossroads of Dallas' West End and the newly established Victory Park development. The building dates back to the 1920's when it housed a White Swan Coffee processing plant. Home to unique pieces of art such as Alan Sainte James Boudrot's "A Dream Come True" and S. Guion's painting of Robert Johnson, this unique and history–rich building continues to celebrate and showcase art and music. In keeping with tradition, the House of Blues Dallas displays the "Crazy Quilt" and keeps a metal box of mud from the Delta Mississippi underneath its stage."
House of Blues is located at 2200 N. Lamar Street in Dallas. For more information, call 214-978-BLUE or go to:

We don't have a host hotel yet, but if someone in the area knows of a good location let me know and I'll see if we can get a room block set aside. We may also try to get together on Friday night for an informal NFFC gathering as well and talk football before getting down to the nitty gritty the next day. We'd likely do that in the area of the host hotel and House of Blues.
Anyway, it's time to create an official signup thread for Dallas and use this thread to welcome all of the new signups. Let's get it rockin' in Dallas and fill up these leagues. Here's the official signup list to date:
