... were our draft spots in the 5 main/super events.

The middle of the draft really stunk this year and the Tomatoes really got the short end of the stick here. We really had no idea how bad the middle of the draft would be this bad this year until the drafts on Friday and Saturday.

It's true that the seven and nine picks were normally not in the top half of our KDS, nor were they at the very back end of our KDS either where they belonged. We were just late out of the bag in every 14 team league we were in this year.

I'm just saying we have weaker teams this year than most years because of this spot. It appears it will not be the year of the Tomato. Anyone think the middle of the draft was good this year? Is anyone excited about a 6 7 8 or 9 slot team this year? Feel free to post it here.

How many of those 5 drafts could you have taken Rodgers in round 1?

Nothing wrong with six hole - you get a top five RB or AJ

7/8/9 you just have to hope that one of those six fall or make a BOLD pick

Mike, I have to disagree. I guess it will also depend on who "falls". I actually choose 8 as my draft spot for the Main (and obviously got it) planning (hoping) to draft Moss and a solid RB1 on the way back. Lo and behold I had my choice of Moss or Gore but stuck with my gut and drafted Moss. I was the surprised to get Ryan Mathews and the way back. I completed my trifecta with Desean Jackson in the third and was very happy with those three to start my Main draft.

In the Primetime and Online I had 8 and 9 and liked it. It allowed me to execute "The 2010 Mathews Plan". We'll see how that works out in the near future.

7/8/9 you just have to hope that one of those six fall or make a BOLD pick We were happy with Turner in 7, but the next round was Colston (ug). The third round was the killer. Only once was Gates or Finley available. Otherwise it was crappy RB or Crappier WR. We felt round 3 was the real problem and we didn't like round 2 or rounds 4 very much. Again, round 5 was OK. Round 1 usually had Rogers available, but then your season is then all about Rogers and I think this was a year you could wait on a QB.

We were so disappointed with the 7 hole in the classic, we took an unconventional approach with our Super. We to C Johnson Det in the 7 hole so we could take D Williams Car in the 2nd round. Happy with that ... but we would never take Johnson over Turner if we had not been through the Classic and looked at all the Classic boards after the drafts to see all the talent gone at WR in the 7 hole.
