Although everything is planned out to a tee, sometimes there are things beyond someone's control that arise (flight delay, car trouble, etc.)

Is there a Phone Number and contact person set up for each city?

Just trying to cover all the angles.

Yes, good point. We will have cell phones for each coordinator in the three cities. I will be in Las Vegas with a staff, Tom Kessenich will be in New York with KP staffers and Rocky Landsverk will be in Chicago. We'll post all three cell phone numbers next week.
