How Many Lost Because...

Of the fluke Patriots game??? Ended up losing by two points this week because the Dolphins secondary couldn't tackle a 5'4" WR who scored 16.9 points on a single play. Also worth noting, we didn't have our #1 pick playing (Foster) and our kicker didn't play (Buehler).

Go Getta, I lost my one game because Garrett Hartley got hurt and I coudn't get another kicker on the roster. LUCK. It's part of the game.
I never lost a game. I only ran out of time. Bobby Layne

This has always been part of the NFFC but I sure would like to see it change for next year.
The rosters were loaded in plenty of time to run FAAB by Wednesday and I think that's always been the hiccup in the past.
I wasn't really effected by the rule but it stinks for everyone who was.
Maybe Greg can change that for 2012.
Good luck the rest of the way!

Good luck the rest of the way! we all have plenty of bench spots. we choose to roll the dice with one kicker - it's risk/reward to get that extra WR or RB. No need for a rule change.

I lost in the Ultimate because of Aaron Hernandez's last catch.

[/QUOTE]Sure there is. Anything that gives more control/choices to the players is a good thing.
I don't really see a downside to it other than playing devils advocate...I mean it's not like it's a new concept right. It's the difference in which week we start waivers which could be week 1..2..3..4..5 etc.

There is slightly less luck than you think.

Buehler & Hartley news was out August 28th, they were confirmed out 9/2 and 9/1 respectively. Drafting a guy #1 overall who might not play week one is another example. If you don't keep up then you roll with your "bad luck".
