philly thoughts?

I know Philly had high hopes before the season started & I know there are a number of Philly fans here among a very informed football group, so I'm interested in your thoughts on why this season has been a failure and what do you expect over the last few weeks of the season? Do you think they need an overhaul, does Andy need to be fired? etc.....
