Another first-round pick could be missing some time as Henry has tested positive for marijuana use. This would be Henry's third violation if it comes to pass.

What an unbelievable year for the picks in this year's draft. Injuries, poor play and now a possible suspension.

If he were suspended, any word on when that suspension might begin, TK? Taking into account, of course, that all reefer madness leads to an appeal...right, Ricky?

So far, success in 2007 seems dependent on avoiding injury (or suspension?) AND being in the position to take advantage of it as well. Many people are focusing on how the former is ruining their season rather than how others are profiting from prudent foresight.

WTF? This is the first I have heard of this! Where did this info come from? Pretty much seals the deal on the Broncs' season, unfortunately, since I am a fan. Wow, another huge personnel mistake by the "Mastermind". I am sure they had some sort of contract stipulation about a positive drug test.

Travis Henry has filed suit in an attempt to prevent the NFL from suspending him a year after he allegedly tested positive for marijuana in September.

Henry claims the league violated league policy by not allowing one of his experts to be present at the time of the testing. Profootballtalk speculates it may be a hail mary at saving Henry's season and the NFL is actively fighting the case in the courts. Fantasy owners should prepare for other options, and it's uncertain if he has any chance to play this week. The NFL has no comment on the case at the time.

This is going to drag on forever.

Henry's challenge to the legality of the urine collection has been in the courts since September 20th. Once he loses this drawn-out process, then he'll appeal the NFL's suspension with the 100% backing of the NFLPA, again delaying any suspension. It'll be weeks before there's any resolution.

Still, even if Henry is available to play, I have to wonder if Young's playing time doesn't increase anyway.

Disagree, with the way Goodell has been he doesn't take another snap this season. Don't want it to happen just what I think and fear.
