What do you do when a team has bailed?
We have a team in our league that has already packed it in. They didn't even bother to pick up a TE this week. They played a TE on the bye along with Az-Zahir Hakim who was out and several otyher guys who barely hit the field. In our league we had a starting WR on the waiver wire this week. Jurevicius didn't do much but at least he's on the field.

Here's what you do. Take a look at the schedule and hope you play him later this year.
Is my "weekend warrior" prep better than your prep?

No good way to deal with a team that bails. It's a fact of life in Fantasy sports unless you are playing with people you know very well and can hound them into continuing to play (and that doesn't even work sometimes).
The fact that this is a big money league should lessen the number of people that bail because of their investment but you will still always have those people that see they have no shot (whether that is a true statement or not) and decide that they would rather pack it in. The honorable thing to do of course would be to play out the season so that you aren't giving an unfair advantage to the teams that play you later in the year.
The people that pack it in aren't thinking about it logically though.... They just know that their team sucked and they are 'taking their ball and going home' because it didn't work out for them. Fact of life.... those people suck but you can't completely get away from them.

Send Gecko (yes, slimey green lizard thing) to the house of the person who abandoned ship...
After a few hours of listening to his FAAB draft slot bidding arguement, they will be tortured enough to possibly resume fair play.
