Week 4 Things I'm Interested To See

Post by Tom Kessenich » Fri Oct 01, 2010 2:48 am

Here are some of the things I'll be watching closely in Week 4:

Donovan McNabb vs. Michael Vick. Nuff said.

How effective will the laundry list of injured RBs (Ray Rice, Steven Jackson, Jahvid Best etc.) be if they play?

If Andre Johnson plays, will his recent struggles against Nnamdi Asomugha continue?

Clinton Portis, is this the end of your career calling?

Can Randy Moss catch a pass that isn't a touchdown?

Will Austin Collie continue to perform like Randy Moss used to?

Is this the week Jermichael Finley finally scores?

Will the Jets' defense finally show up with a big game considering they face the lowly Bills?

Will the return to the spread offense revive Alex Smith and get Michael Crabtree involved in the passing game?

Will the Peyton Hillis show continue against another solid defense?

What's the over/under on TDs in the Steelers/Ravens game? I'll say three.

Will the clock strike 12 on Kyle Orton this week or will his magical run continue?

Lance Moore, one-week stud or is it 2008 all over again?

Can the Lions make Brandon Jackson look like a semi-decent NFL running back?

Is this the week we finally see Maurice Jones-Drew?

Will David Garrard's regression continue or will he recover against a weak Indy pass defense?

Is this the week Sam Bradford blows up? (Hint, I think it will be).

Will the Panthers wise up and give DeAngelo Williams and Jonathan Stewart more carries against a suspect New Orleans run defense or will they continue to feature Mike Goodson?

Was the Chad Henne we saw in Week 3 the one we'll see Monday night and if so, does he have enough stuff to win a shootout against Tom Brady?

Will Davone Bess be the PPR money play this week I think he can be?

Great stuff... I will add a few...

Will M Floyd continue to prove to be a valued fantasy player?

Can Charlie Batch lead the Steelers to one more win before Ben returns.

Will DeAngelo Williams be used properly against the Saints?

Will Carson Palmer and the Bengals passing offense ever get going?

Will Jacksonville score enough to push Manning to attack past the 1st drive of the second half?

Will Wes Welker start getting the volume of targets he is used to?

Will the McFadden show continue or end up being an illusion?

Will Eagles fans show themselves to be low class and ignorant by booing a player that did great things for them or will they show themselves to be somewhat informed and properly show appreciation?

I have a few too:

-Will Atlanta split carries evenly between Turner and Snelling?

-Are the Bears for real? (My homer answer is yes, we win by at least a TD this weekend)...

-Will Aromashodu play this Sunday?

-Will Arian Foster have 200 yards or 300 this week as Houston is forced to pound the ball running?

SS If you drafted Aromashadu, time to be worried. Martz likes Bennett in the slot.

[/QUOTE]Here's the stupid part...Aromashodu should be on the outside, not Hester. But Martz just won't put the big guy out there, it seems.

GK, Billy Waz is 100% percent correct, that's the reason I was thinking. I have Turner in the Classic so I def want him to start, I'm just saying that I'm getting tired of all of his injuries every year. He's my guy, from NIU, a big fan, but every year I get worried about his injuries and thankfully I have Snelling on some of my teams as a possible Flex every week...
