I really shouldn't go there, but your intro sounds like one of those sex phone ads. Call 1-900-TOM-LOVE.

Also, did you really write that book on the X-Files? If so, why did you choose to only write about the later seasons?

Finally, what do you think of Clinton Portis' precipitous drop in the rankings? By Labor Day weekend, he could be fall to the mid-second round.

I can't believe you used the word precipitous in it's proper context.

Tom,

Can you check with Stats to see if they can improve the resolution of the NFFC player website? Right now, the NFFC logo on top, coupled with the banner ad takes up 40% of the screens real estate....

Hence, we gotta scroll down constantly...

thanx

I really did write a book about TXF. The reason why I chose the latter seasons was because the online reviews I wrote for a number of Web sites didn't begin until later in the show's run and because nobody had really written a book about the show after it moved to LA. I had conducted a bunch of interviews and had a ton of behind-the-scenes info for those seasons so it was a natural fit.

The X-Files book is for real! Great find, Gekko!

Tom, do you also watch Battlestar Galactica on Sci-Fi? If you don't, you really should--it's the best show on television right now.

Here's another question: what time did last night's $100 Satellite league finish up? I understand there were a few -- AHEM -- problems in the beginning.
