Can someone refresh us on the guaranteed details of entry fees, # of entrants, prize money, etc. ?

I'm curious about grand prize ($10k) being GUARANTEED or is it dependent on getting more sign-ups? Also, what other prizes are part of the GUARANTEES. I ask these questions because I'm interested but want to be 100% sure I know what's guaranteed, what's 'planned' and what's 'maybe' going to happen.

Thanks!

Dave

Like Dyv said, I'd like to see what is "planned" and what is GUARANTEED. James posts on this MB for other topics, so I'm thinking he should be able to answer our questions. Thanks.

Yes, all poker money is GUARANTEED. No proration no matter how many people we get. Based on poker signups we should be between 90-120.

Final table of ten is being paid as follows:

1st = $10,000
2nd = $2,500
3rd = $1,000
4th = $900
5th = $800
6th = $700
7th = $600
8th = $500
9th = $400
10th = $350

Each person starts with 1000 chips, blinds are 20/40 and increase every 20 minutes. Other than that Binion's is dealing all tables. Transportation is provided from the Las Vegas Hilton to Binion's Horseshoe. We need everyone at the LVH no later than 3:30 so we can get you checked in, hand you your poker badge and get you on the buses. Poker tourney is slated to start at 4:30 PM with a final ending time of 1:00 AM (Sunday morning).

So if you would like in then just call me at 800-799-6332 with your name, address, cc or e-check and we will get you registered.

Hope that explains it.
