Philip Rivers - Not in my top 14 QBs

I don't see Rivers as a viable option as a starter in a 12 or 14 team league.
They don't actually pass the ball that much and the excellent yard per attempt won't hold up without Jackson.
I expect him to be in the top 10 QBs taken but he's not in my top 14...
Where do you have Rivers?

Barely sneaking into the top 14 for me. We will avoid him though.

IMO, the last 4 of the top 14 will come from:
11. Flacco
12. Palmer
13. Rivers
14. Stafford
15. Manning
16. Henne
17. McNabb
That's actually the order we have 11-17, but they're all about the same and largely unpredictable as to their finishing order. Cases can be made for each, but these players are tier 3 for a reason. I wouldn't mind either of them as a backup, but certainly won't be hanging our team's fate on any of them as our QB1.
