Monday Night: Vikings vs. Jets, What Do You Think?

Okay, this is about as good a Monday Night Football matchup as ever. Wow, what a high-powered game this is on national TV and with so many good fantasy players on the docket. I know some of you are going to the game tonight, so let us know what the atmosphere was like at the new stadium.

King of Queens, what do you think? I know you're there with some NFFC mates. Fill us in on the excitement from the Meadowlands.

What do you folks need tonight for wins? What predictions do you have for us? I think the Jets are going to blitz from all locations, but damn, Favre knows how to pick those up. He says he is going to play "lights out" and I wouldn't doubt it if he shines on center stage.

I'm hoping the reports that the Jets will ease Santonio Holmes back in are just gamesmanship or that even if he does, he catches a bomb TD. We have him in a couple leagues. Would also like to see Percy's production go up from the Moss effect. And of course, Moss' 10PPG average so far isn't cutting it, so hopefully Favre feeds him often. Oh, and a little LT would be nice too. Great game indeed Greg!

I actually think the Vikings win outright and that AP may surprise against the rugged Jets Run D. Sanchez will look more newbish with some pressure on him. This may turn into a slugfest that sees low scoring until after the half when a few WR's get behind the secondary for a couple deep TDs.

Vikings 13 NYJ 10 at the half, with Vikings 27-20 final but the Jets D accounts for one of the scores.

Vikes Win. Favre has his best game so far (not saying a lot). Tomlinson displays why Chargers shouldnt have let him go. Vikes defense is the difference putting constant pressure on Sanchize. Holmes does Nill. Keller keeps on Ticking. I will probably be wrong on all counts but will still enjoy the hell out of this game!! Score 21 to 17.

I think Favre, Moss, Harvin and the Jets' defense may have just saved my fantasy season. That fourth quarter was epic. I may float to work tomorrow.
