LV 4 Tough as it gets!

I'm tied for first and have three teams ahead of me in points. Tell me this league isn't the best!

As has been discussed before, the sign of a better league would be scores hovered around the average, not a few high fliers and a few complete bombs.

The bigger the disparity from the top to the bottom, the less competitive the draft was.

So the very thing that makes you claim your league is the best is unfortunately evidence that it may be the worst.

It only been 2 weeks. Your league may be the best but it's way too early to make that claim.

I am always in a rush to look smart, because I never quite get there.

LV 4 was one of the toughest drafts I've ever been in...

So if i drafted Duece , Henry , Gonzalez , and S. Smith with my first 4 picks, you would say that i am an uncompetitive know nothing who has ruined his or her division? Come on guys its week 2 , plus some bad luck makes the rest have good luck! **** i actually do have Henry and Smith and 4th in points in my league.

Any league that uses records to determine the winning team is based more on luck than skill.

It sounds great that you are tied for first (presumably at 2-0) but not surprising you have teams with more points than you.

In Chicago League #3 we are 1-1 and in 5th (since we have 4 undefeated teams). Of those undefeated teams two of them have less points than we do....

Not sure what all that means other than the fact that if luck is with you than you could be 7th or 8th in total points for your league and still have the best record or you could have bad luck and be leading your league in points and be middle of the road.

I won't argue the luck factor. I think fantasy football has the biggest luck factor of all the fantasy games. Baseball has luck but not like football. With 14 teams you lose your top player and your dead. There is nothing on waviers to pick up.
