GreenBay just signed Ahman Green again. This explains this entire whacky fantasy season.

That's funny, because I actually see A LOT of familiar names near the top (of the classic anyhow).

That being said, I would think a lot has to do with the RB's, AND the fact that free agency seems a bit more "lean" than in past years. Could it be because of adding a roster spot??? Basically, if you aren't "a week ahead of everyone else", it becomes a war to get a player.

Back to the RB's...

Think of all the first round RB's who HAVE NOT produced on a weekly basis.

Seeing that MANY owners choose to go with a RB in the first round, and some like to go RB/RB, this could also be some of the problem.

However, we haven't even hit the 1/2 way point so plenty of pigskin left to be played! :D

GK, forgive my meaningless post. I've forgotten how poignant you are. I'll leave your threads for more meaningful, serious fantasy talk and keep my humor elsewhere.

Not only here but take a look at the WCFF standings, some pretty notable players near or at the bottom.

And you care correct, many of the "sure thing" studs have been busts

I just think this has been an unusually difficult year for predicting consistent producing players. Also factor into the equation that we are just hitting the half way point of the season.

Any number of teams would get hot, rattle of 7 wins in a row while averaging 140+ and be right in the thick of it come December.

Luck in FF is like a game of Russian Roulette. The BWaz's of the world only have one bullet to spin - the rest of us have two. It's still mostly luck, but ...
