1st place team 10-3 as of right now a 4 -8 team needs to outscore the team he/she is playing by 8 pts and they will get the 2nd playoff seed.crazy season! I am 9-4 ,beat all three teams ahead of me head to head.
But 4th is what i deserve as I have left points on my bench all season and had a 67 pt week.Good luck to the teams who still have a chance at the big prize in all the events.

Their should be a rule if your record isnt atleast 500 you should take your points and go home.Your team is a loser and yet you move on.Show me that in real football.

so the 4 -9 team missed the playoffs by 7 pts.The 8-5 team went in with a 10-3 and 9-4 not making it.Good luck to all.

in my other oc a 6-7 team did make it in.Congrats.
Time to concentrate on the consolation 3 game sprint.

In my buddy Will's Ultimate, he missed the playoffs at 9-4 even though 6 of 14 teams make it to the playoffs. Oddly, two 7-6 teams and one 4-9 team made it in. Amazing.... I guess it really is all about the points.

I guess it really is all about the points. Pete, you should look at the Ultimate League standings before claiming the NFFC is all about points. In that very tough, very close league one team was 10-3 and THREE teams were 9-4. In that league we reward the top THREE h2h records and Will was among the 9-4 teams but third among them in total points. So even when we reward THREE H2H teams there is a fourth team who can feel slighted. But as you can see below, Will's team was 6.10 points behind the final h2h qualifier. It happens, but in this case it's certainly not because of the format being unfair. It was a tough league and the top teams got in.

But it also shows that even when you add another h2h playoff qualifier, there's one team right below that who feels they should have gotten in. Thanks for proving that point here. And I'm going to blame Will for taking that week-long sea cruise before the Ultimate League for falling 6.15 points short of a playoff spot!! Great league everyone and thanks for making this one happen.
