With just one week left in the NFFC Classic regular season, Chris Eibl of Chicago, Illinois still holds onto the top spot in the overall points race. Chris has a 15.90 lead over the NFFC veteran tag team of Daren Eliason and Bill Gehring. This should be a fun race to the finish with the top scoring team through Week 13 earning a free entry into the 2010 NFFC Classic main event.

How bizarre is it that Daren Eliason's team is second overall in total points yet just 4-8 in Las Vegas League 2? Wow. You talk about h2h beatdowns, this has to be the ultimate BEATDOWN. But thanks to our league playoff format, Daren still has a shot at the $5,000 league prize. Crazy but good Daren. Good luck in the playoffs and in this total points race.

Yep it should be an exciting week to see who finishes first overall after 13 weeks. I have an outside chance sitting at seventh overall and only thirty points behind the leader.

Of course I'm more concerned about my tight battle with Team Boozer as he has a 14 point lead on me for most points in LV 1 going into the final week. The loser of this points race will finish in third place as we both are only 7-5 in our league and most likely won't finish with the best record as three teams are tied for first place at 8-4.

Great job to BOTH players, as they did an outstanding job of drafting a team with star power AND depth.

Typically the overall winnder comes from the same league as me every other year. You can probably start making a list of how you're going to spend that money.

Wayne Not over yet, I remember you beat me by well over 40 when our teams matched up!

As for my team, I agree with Hines Ward, forget your health, safety and future Ben Roethlisberger and be a man. And Matt Ryan, a toe? Cut it off! Ronnie Lott would have.

No disrespect to the anyone in the top 70, but there are only 4 teams in the top 30 with CJ and that's where your winner is coming from. That's why I booked me and Gerard flights to Milwaukee on Dec. 28. How about you, Jules? Or maybe GEKKO whose sitting at #46 with CJ?

If you booked that flight to pick up your $100,000 check then rebook for Green Bay. We'll drink around Lambeau Field rather than in downtown Milwaukee!! You and Gerard would love the weather up here around Dec. 28th. I'm sure you Louisiana boys would have fun in the snow and sub-zero temperatures that time of year!!
